Your settings vs. Org settings
Personal preferences live in your Settings; everything org-wide lives in Org settings.
Noots keeps a clean line between the two, and knowing which side something is on saves a lot of hunting.
Your settings — yours alone
/app/settings holds only things that affect you. Changing anything here never touches a teammate.
It is in four groups, each answering one question, and it reads the same for an admin as for anyone else — every section in it is personal.

Because it isn't one. Four other parts of the product read your working week — the presence dot, find-a-time, whether now is a good moment to message you, and the calendar — so it's a fact about you that other people's screens depend on, not a setting only you see. Your organization's policy on time off (whether it needs approval) stays in Org settings; your own hours and your own leave are yours.
Org settings — the whole workspace
/app/administration holds everything org-wide, grouped into five areas. You only see the sections your role allows — the rest aren't greyed out, they simply aren't there.

There is deliberately no workspace-wide Autopilot switch. Autopilot is configured on each Noot, from that project's header or its Autopilot tab. See Autopilot.
