What exactly is a "Noot"?
A Noot is a project — a workspace with its own board, tasks, timeline, files, meetings, calendar and people. The individual pieces of work inside it are tasks, each with a key like MA-14.
Where did the org-wide settings go?
To Org settings, which is still the route /app/administration — the area was renamed, the URL wasn't, so old links keep working. Settings is personal only: profile, security, privacy, appearance, formats, notifications, your schedule, help and about.
Where do I turn Autopilot on?
On the project itself. Open a Noot and use the Autopilot button in its header, or its Autopilot tab. There is no workspace-wide Autopilot setting, by design.
Why is a task in a different lane from the one next to it?
Lanes are schedule health, not board column. Two tasks in the same column land in different lanes when one is keeping pace with its milestone and the other isn't.
Is my meeting content used to train AI?
Your private meeting content is processed to produce your summaries and action items and isn't used to train third-party models. Data-usage controls are in Org settings → Data & Compliance.
Do I have to opt in to AI reading my mail?
Yes — every AI mail feature is off until you turn it on yourself, and that's enforced on the server. Triage sends whole messages to an AI provider, which nobody should be signed up to by default.
Can people outside my company work with us?
Yes, two ways: Partners for cross-organization chat (Business plan and above), and the Advanced RBAC extension's guest register for field-limited access to project data.
Why can't I see the Performance section?
It's only shown to people who manage members. For everyone else the data isn't loaded at all.
Where do deleted items go?
To a recoverable bin first, then they're purged on a schedule. Admins can restore from Org settings → Trash.
Why can't I pick a custom accent colour?
It's on the Team plan and above. See Plans & billing.
Does my theme affect my teammates?
No. Appearance is per-person. It applies across the app and to this help centre; public marketing pages keep their own separate light/dark preference, which you can flip without touching anything you chose in the app.
How do I add a feature my industry needs?
Org settings → Extensions, or the Marketplace. Anything a preset installs is also installable on its own.
