Appearance — themes, fonts & accent
Five palettes, per-mode memory, the interface font and the accent colour.
Settings → Appearance is per-person. Changing yours never affects a teammate — and it follows your account, not the machine you are sitting at, so a new browser, a second laptop or a fresh install of the desktop app opens looking the way you left it.
The palettes

| Warm sand | Light | A softer, paper-like palette that's easier on the eyes. |
There's also Match system, which follows your operating system's light or dark setting.
The sun/moon toggle only says which *mode* to go into. If you're on Midnight and switch to light and back, you land on Midnight again — not plain dark. The same is true of Warm sand and High contrast.
Font, accent and text size
Appearance is four choices, not two.
- Interface font — Default (Hanken Grotesk), Rounded, Monospace or System.
- Accent colour — Emerald, Violet, Sky, Coral, Amber or Lime. On the Team plan and above.
- Text size — Small (100%), Medium (105%, the default), Large (112%) or Extra large (120%). It scales the whole workspace, spacing included, and it is a percentage of *your browser's* own text size rather than a fixed value — so if you have already made text bigger system-wide, this multiplies it instead of overriding you.
- Navigation — top bar or side rail. See Top bar or side rail.
All four apply across the app, and this help centre follows your saved palette too — open it on Midnight and it is Midnight, not the public light look. Marketing pages don't: they keep their own light/dark preference, set from the toggle in the site header, and flipping that never touches what you chose in the app.
Language
The interface is available in ten languages, set in Settings → Formats & language. The whole app switches when you change it.
